Summer Solstice @fairsingvineyard 🌞 We have be Summer Solstice @fairsingvineyard 🌞 We have been very quiet recently on this side of things ever since we put our heads down with the beginnings of our Brick + Mortar @loamkitchen this past month. We have had an absolute blast hosting our amazing clients as guests regularly Thursday-Sundays in our downtown Dayton, OR restaurant. We are still heavily booked with caterings and are unable to accept new catering clients until the holiday season this year, but that just goes to show how much you all have continued to support us and lift us up on our journey. This shift of seasons brings our team such an immense amount of gratitude and we can’t wait to continue serving and partnering with you all well into the future. Thank you incredibly to @fairsingvineyard for allowing us to be a part of your first winemaker onsite dinner that you’ve hosted since before the pandemic! It felt very full-circle and we are eternally grateful for our partnership! Plus, our farm egg pasta & your stunning wines are a match made in heaven ✨

Dave & Sara are so fun and the first release of their Seyval Blanc Bubbles “Joy” is something to get your hands on quickly before they sell out! It is absolutely stunning and very limited production. Pairing: The @eola_crest_cattle steak bites with Chimichurri & @leftcoastfresh micro pea shoots were beautiful with their 2020 Bellsup New World Cabernet Sauvignon 🍷 Cheers!
